KLICKITAT COUNTY METH ACTION TEAM MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the Klickitat County Meth Action Team is to take back Klickitat County from the insidious effects of methamphetamine usage. To succeed, the Team will use a multidisciplinary approach between government officials, educators, treatment providers and law enforcement to achieve the following goals:

• EDUCATION of county citizens to the dangers of methamphetamine;
• PREVENTION of methamphetamine use, especially by the young;
• TREATMENT of methamphetamine users;
• COUNSELING of the families and loved ones of methamphetamine users;
• ERADICATION of the production, supply and demand for methamphetamine in Klickitat County.
